Paul Palmer for Frank Bros. Not the most exciting design, but cut him some slack, it was 1949. Palmer studied at the Rudolph Schaeffer School of Design in San Francisco. (He would later teach Furniture Design there.) He worked with designer Frances Mihailoff in San Francisco and designed furniture, interiors and store displays for Frank Bros. in Long Beach, CA.
