The complex is in sad shape now. A lot of the great architectural detailing has been removed, including the overhang  on the second floor and the redwood louvres.
It's been for sale for at least a couple years. It's now at $1.1 Million.  There's no mention of it being designed by Grossman.
There's also a 2BR unit for rent for $1,900.
Here's the description from Redfin:
"Completely remodeled 3 unit complex across from Universal Studios. Custom kitchens with  designer chocolate cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counters in every unit.  All units have views, thravertine throughout and cut berber carpets in the bedrooms.  new custom bathrooms and the 2 bedroom units have laundry in their unit. The 1 bedroom  rents for $1500 and 1 of the 2 bedrooms rent for $1900 and the other 1 rents for $2100.  All units also have central air."

Evans Clark for Circle Furniture Manufacturers Lot 284
Arts & Architecture, 1953

Circle was way out there in Glendora. Evans Clark also designed for Glenn of California.

Greta Grossman for Brown Saltman.  Lot 32
I've seen references that show Grossman designed for Brown Saltman, but I never would  have guessed it looked like this.  1942 is pretty early for Grossman in the US.  She landed  stateside in 1940 and opened her Rodeo Drive shop in 1941.

This the Grossman we know and love. Lot 28
Can you you believe those goobers from Gubi are knocking this desk off? Check it out here.
