The accessories are a little ostentatious, but otherwise the fireplace looks like the original one.  Too bad about the furniture. A lot of the great architectural detailing has been removed, including the overhang  on the second floor and the redwood louvres.  It's been for sale for at least a couple years. It's now at $1.1 Million.  There's no mention of it being designed by Grossman.  There's also a 2BR unit for rent for $1,900. Here's the description from Redfin: "Completely remodeled 3 unit complex across from Universal Studios. Massive Gronborg piece too.  Those are more James Hubbell sculptures on the wood pedestal.
