A lot of the great architectural detailing has been removed, including the overhang  on the second floor and the redwood louvres.  It's been for sale for at least a couple years. It's now at $1.1 Million.  There's no mention of it being designed by Grossman.  There's also a 2BR unit for rent for $1,900.
