South Chula Vista Library (1995) by Ricardo Legorreta This planter was originally a water feature. Taken through a dirty window. I worked for the Chula Vista Public Library when this branch was built. In fact, I picked up the model from the local firm Legorreta was working with. People were freaked out by the colors. It doesn't get much attention these days, but it's probably Chula Vista's most noteworthy piece of architecture.
