So I took a little road trip. The first stop was Palm Springs.

Bon Vivant recently moved into a new space with some notable architectural heritage. 

The 1934 Kocher Samson building was Albert Frey's first project in Palm Springs.

There's been some remodeling over the years but the overall form is still intact.

The apartment is still upstairs and there's talk of uncovering the garden in front of the shop.

 Modernway has this great setup of Nelson, Eames and Noyes--just like the old days. 

The Kaufmann house is always worth a stop.
